Amy is deeply passionate about supporting older adults and caregivers affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. As a dedicated volunteer with the Alzheimer's Association, she facilitates monthly caregiver support groups focused on dementia-related challenges.
She is the founder of Compassionate Counseling for Seniors and Caregivers, an organization committed to providing expert, empathetic support for individuals navigating the transitions of aging. Amy specializes in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dementia Behavioral Intervention techniques, and Mindfulness Strategies. Her approach helps clients manage stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and caregiver burnout.
Prior to her clinical work, Amy contributed to the legislative review of healthcare and aging policy through the Legislative Service Commission. She also provided budget oversight and policy guidance at the Ohio Department of Mental Health. By integrating her administrative, policy, and clinical expertise, Amy offers a well-rounded perspective and strong advocacy for older adults across Ohio and the United States.

Erin is a licensed independent social worker specializing in helping adults manage chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, medical challenges, and caregiver burnout. Her passion for supporting older adults and caregivers is rooted in both her clinical experience and personal journey as a caregiver to her mother, who is diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field and senior life consulting, Erin brings empathy and a multidimensional approach to therapy. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help clients build resilience, improve self-care, and create meaningful change.
Erin is especially committed to working with individuals facing caregiving responsibilities, medical concerns, grief, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. She meets clients where they are—with compassion, empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence. Drawing from her own life experiences, she fosters a therapeutic space that encourages self-compassion and insight into positive steps for personal growth and healing.

Alan is a licensed independent social worker with over 30 years of experience supporting adults and caregivers navigating chronic illness and life’s challenges. As a senior himself, he brings firsthand understanding of the complexities of aging and has embraced the importance of self-care through his own journey.
He offers deep empathy and insight in his practice, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT).
He honors each client's individuality and is deeply committed to walking alongside them with compassion and purpose.
In addition to his clinical work, Alan is actively involved in community service. He provides Medicare counseling through the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) and delivers Meals on Wheels to homebound seniors in his area. As a member of AARP’s Speakers Bureau, he offers educational talks on topics such as downsizing, decluttering, and aging well.
